Terms and conditions

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Prints with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at igor.pavlovnm@gmail.com and send your item to: Singel 75-3 1012VE Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

We will ship your order worldwide using either PostNL or DHL. Please note that every order requires 1-3 working days for preparation before it is shipped.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Singel 75-3 1012VE Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Intellectual property and Wholesale

Intellectual Property Rights

You are not authorised to copy, reproduce, or modify any prints provided by us, nor are you entitled to claim ownership or rights to the images or any of their components.

Wholesale Restrictions

You are prohibited from acting as a wholesale party. In the event that third parties express interest in purchasing prints in large quantities, we kindly request that you refer them to us. We strongly encourage the introduction of new, long-term clients to our business and, as an incentive, successful referrals may be rewarded with discounts on future orders.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation

Either party may initiate mediation by notifying the other party in writing. The parties will then work together to appoint a mutually agreeable mediator to facilitate resolution.

Arbitration

In the event of any disputes or disagreements between the parties arising from your use of our services or any purchase from our webshop, we will seek to resolve them amicably and in accordance with Dutch law. If informal resolution attempts fail, arbitration will be initiated in accordance with Dutch arbitration law and rules.

Jurisdiction

If arbitration does not lead to a resolution, both parties agree that any legal actions or proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Limited Liability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy, quality, and availability of the products and services offered through our webshop. However, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, as a result of using our products or services. This limitation of liability extends to, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

  1. Product Misuse: We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or negligent use of our products by customers.
  2. Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for any disruptions, delays, or failures in our services or product delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, and governmental actions.
  3. Third-party Actions: We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or conduct of third parties, including suppliers, delivery services, or other users of our platform.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability.
